Domestic Orders (Australia)
All orders are dispatched within 24hrs of receiving payment, Monday through Friday via Australia Post.
Regular Post ($6.95 flat rate for any size order). ETA 3-6 working days, allow approximately 10 working days for orders to WA*
Express Post ($10.95 flat rate for any size order). ETA 1-4 working days (within the Express Post Delivery Network when lodging in QLD)*
*COVID-19 Update: please note that whilst for the most part, Australia Post are delivering within the regular estimated time frames, there is potential for delays as many flights have been grounded and strict social distancing measures have been implemented within the Australia Post workforce. Express remains the quickest form of post but Australia Post are no longer guaranteeing over night delivery.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time frame dependent on the destination country.
New Zealand orders on average take 7-12 working days*
For all other countries, please allow approximately 10-15 working days. Customs processing and clearance in your country may impact this timeframe by a few days*
The shopping cart will automatically work out your shipping costs based on the weight of your order and advise you before payment is required.
Redelivery (Incorrect Address / Non-Collection)
In the event we have been given an incorrect mailing address or the package is not collected, we are happy to resend your order to another address if/when it is returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply which will be the actual shipping cost, no admin/restocking fees will be charged. To avoid redelivery please always take care to check the mailing address before confirming your order.
Returns (Damaged Items / Order Did Not Arrive)
The Dread Shop is happy to offer a replacement or refund for any unopened items that arrive damaged or defective.
To receive a replacement / refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your product via our Contact Us Form. We will advise our return address and acknowledge the claim. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the initial order in an unopened / unused state. Once received a replacement / refund will be actioned within 48 hours.
In the event your order doesn't arrive, we must be notified in a reasonable time frame so that we have the opportunity to escalate the delivery issue with Australia Post and to seek a resolution. For orders which have not arrived within Australia, please notify us within 10 working days from dispatch date, for international orders which have not arrived, please notify us within 20 working days from dispatch date.
