All orders are dispatched within 24hrs of receiving payment, Monday through Friday.
Australian Shipping Options
Regular Shipping - Parcel Post ($5.95 flat rate for any size order)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time of approximately 3 to 5 working days. Please note orders are shipped from Gold Coast, QLD.
Express Shipping - Express Post ($10 flat rate for any size order)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time of approximately 1 to 2 working days. For next day delivery you must reside within the Express Post Delivery Network (order will be lodged from Gold Coast, QLD). For more information, visit www.australiapost.com.au
In the event we have been given an incorrect mailing address, we are happy to resend the order to another address if/when it is returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply which will be determined by Australia Post. To avoid redelivery please always take care to check the mailing address before confirming your order.
1. Air Mail (Shipping costs are based on weight.)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time dependent on the country of delivery. New Zealand orders on average take 7-12 working days. For other countries outside of Australia and New Zealand, please allow longer. The shopping cart will automatically work out your shipping costs based on the weight of your order and advise you before payment is required.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars.
We offer the following payment options: PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.
To pay by any of these options, just add the products you wish to order to the Shopping Cart, proceed to the Check Out where you can select your preferred payment option. If you pay by Bank Transfer our Bank details will be emailed to you.
REfund and returns
Dreadlocks Hair Care is happy to offer a replacement or refund for any unopenend items that arrive damaged or defective.
To receive a replacement / refund, follow the below steps.
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product using our Contact Us Form. Tell us your Name & Order Number (if you still have it) and what the issue is.
2. Return the damaged products to:

Returns must be received within 21days of the initial order.
We will send out the replacement items or refund within 48hrs of the defective items being received.
For hygienic reasons, all body products (ie: waxes, shampoos etc) that are returned to us will be discarded. We do not resell or reuse any returned body products.
