Australian Shipping Options
1. Regular Shipping - Parcel Post ($5 flat rate for any size order)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time of approx 3 to 5 working days.

2. Express Shipping - Express Post ($10 flat rate for any size order)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time of approx 1 to 2 working days. For next day delivery you must reside within the Express Post Delivery Network. For more information, visit www.australiapost.com.au

New Zealand Shipping Options
1. Air Mail (Shipping costs are based on weight.)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time of approximately 5 to 12 working days. The shopping cart will automatically work out your shipping costs based on the weight of your order and advise you before payment is required.

Payment Options
We offer the following payment options: Credit Card, Bank Transfer & Money Order.

To pay by any of these options, just add the products you wish to order to the Shopping Cart and Check Out. Our details, address etc will be provided as part of the check out process.

Please allow an additional 5 working days for Cheque payments.

Refund & Returns Policy

Dreadlocks Hair Care is happy to offer a replacement or refund for any unopenend items that arrive damaged or defective.

To receive a replacement / refund, follow the below steps.

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product using our Contact Us Form. Tell us your Name & Order Number (if you still have it) and what the issue is.

2. Return the damaged products to:

Returns must be received within 21days of the initial order.

That's it, pretty easy. We will send out the replacement items or refund within 48hrs of the defective items being received.

For hygienic reasons, all body products (ie: waxes, shampoos etc) that are returned to us will be discarded. We do not resell or reuse any returned body products.
